Life Hello Folks! I hope everybody is doing well. I have been living in South Boardman, MI (Near Traverse City) with my husband, Bill and our thirteen-year-old son, Stephen and our four-year-old daughter Natalie. My husband and I own Northern Granite Inc. I graduated from the University of Phoenix on September 14, 2004. I have my Degree in Marketing and Business Administration. I am working on getting my first novel published and have started working on my second one. I am hoping to be able to write for a living and maybe one day I can say that I am an accomplished author. :) Life is good. Would love to hear from old classmates and friends. In August 2006, shortly after my daughter was born, I suffered an aortic dissection. Basically my left main artery tore away from my heart. I had a massive heart attack and had to have an emergency bypass. I was one of a small handful of people in the world to survive this. Because I am a jogger, non-smoker and basically a healthy person, I am doing fine now. I have minimal heart meds that I have to take as a precaution. And believe it or not I still average 2 - 6 miles a day jogging. Anybody that truly knows me, knows that I won't let anything like a stinking heart attack bring me down!! I basically used this as another life lesson. This also stregthens my belief that God does truly exist and is real! School I enjoyed my time in high school, especially Cheerleading.
