at Travis Middle School in Temple, Texas, for two years before moving to Baytown, Texas, to teach English at Robert E. Lee High School. In 1989, she began a 24.5 year career with ExxonMobil at the BTEC site. She was a Research Technician at the Pilot Plant for the first 11 years, and finished her career a s a First Line Supervisor, retiring in June of 2014.
