r year. I loved being in "Fame" Senior year (Mrs. Sherwood) and wished I had joined the drama group earlier on! Band was pretty fun and those peeps made me laugh all the time! I remember freezing our butts off and everyone being huddled up at a Centennial game or something and we got hot chocolate spilled all over us! OUCH! (At least the color matched those damn ugly uniforms!) I wonder if Mr. Sampson is still throwing metronomes and music stands! Oh and who could forget TP Fridays??!?!! Total blast!!! I loved my English class, Algebra and yes even Government. Remember Mr. Osaben???? He was a hoot! Oh, and American History was great too! Physics woulda been cool had there not been homework EVERY NIGHT!!!! Oh well....life goes on! I don't remember ever being mean to anyone, really, but was told the year after graduation by an undergrad that he had a crush on me but thought I was a snob. Me a snob???? NEVER!!!!! I was just kinda shy and unsure of myself. Not anymore though!!!!! Watch out world, I've definitely arrived!!!!!! Workplace I ended up being in retail management for 10+ yrs with a few stints of office jobs in between. I loved being a Store Manager for Torrid (a Hot Topic company), but life changed and I moved on. I had the great experience of working for Liebert while I was in Columbus and I miss the people I met there. It was a stressful job, but I loved it! It entailed one of my fav past times, being on the phone! Life has taken me from retail to admin in an engineering firm to working as a bookkeeper at a sewer plant. (It's a shitty job, but someone had to do it! lol) Hence the accounting in school. I'm currently working for the State of Nevada in the Integrity Unit and finally feel as though all the pieces are falling into place! I've tried to love every job I've done and haven't stepped backwards too far during any transition. Money might make the world go 'round, but I've found it doesn't make you happy!
