Robin's Story
As Mr. Gump has said life is like a box of chocolates you just don't know what you are going to get. After high school I joined the Navy and spend eight years learning some of lifes lessons. First of all I had never been on my own and joining the Navy still didn't put me on my own because being in the military is like having your mom and dad with you all the time. They tell you when to eat, sleep and when you can go on vacation. LOL But it was all fun in the end. I married had a couple of wonderful kids that are now adults. regret being married it was a good long run. Maybe we are not meant to have a partner for life who knows for sure. Some out work out but most don't these days. I have just recently graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BS in Environmental Studies. Hopefully I will find a job in my field but just to have a job in this day is good. I had hoped to move from Minnesota which is my exes home state but when it really comes down to it do I really want to miss out on my kids lifes. Who knows what lies ahead life is certainly like a box of chocolates.
