Life
I've got a cute (and smart) grandson born on 13 Mar 06. His sister was born on Oct 23, 07.
My wife and I have our second Golden Retriever in the past 18 years and nothing can match that kind of personality.
I enjoy teaching night classes at the local community college when the opportunity permits but with grandkids, I'm very guarded of my time. The kids are the greatest (don't we all think so?) and I wouldn't trade being their dad for anything. Especially since we long ago passed through the "YOU'RE RUINING MY TEENAGE LIFE!" years.

I remember a write-up during our senior year that tried to predict the futures of many in the class. Sorry to say, I never quite got that mission to Mars off the ground but I did see a lot of technology in my career(s) that should have made it happen by now.
Looking back, life has afforded me quite a lot of experiences and although some would have been better off left alone, I doubt things for me today would be the way they are without them. A dear friend calls them "tuition earned". ... If so, I don't ever plan on repeating those classes!
