My Spouse
Janet was visiting a neighbor that introduced us... We were in junior high. My high school sweetheart.
My Pets
My favorite pet was my German Shepard. Today I tend my grand-daughter's cats. (that she keeps at grma & grpa's place in the country)
My Kids
Our older daughter is married and has two children, one girl(star gymnast) and one boy(baseball star). She and her husband own their own business. Our younger daughter married, retired, as a store manager for a major retail chain, and moved to the country in 2009.
My hero is my Dad (Pop). I have never known a harder working, more honest man in my entire life.
The biggest surprise in my life is the blessed life...Expand for more
the LORD has given me and my family. I was able to retire at age 47 and am able to enjoy life, my grandkids and RVing.
One of the teachers I would love to see again is Mrs. Oldham (8th grade English) and I recently enjoyed a personal visit and business transaction with Mr. Hoffman (CHS History).
Mrs. Oldham because I learned more from her than any other teacher and Mr. Hoffman because he treated us like people not just "students".
If I won $100 million, I'd give $1 million of it to my friend John, then spend the rest on my sister, my grandkids and RVing.
To be truly happy I would be where I am, doing what I'm doing with the woman I have been with for the last 50+ years.
