Roger's Story
After leaving Crescent I moved to Dodge City, Kansas where I completed my high school edumacation. After working in construction for a few months moved back to Crescent and met a girl from Lamont, Okla. We married and stayed that way for almost 31 years then basically grew apart and divorced. We are still fairly close friend. I joined the Air Force in 1n 1969 and left in 1976. Moved back to Texas after getting out of the Air Force and started working at Shell Oil Company. ntly work at Houston Refining LP, a refinery owned by Lyondellbasell and am employeed as a Pressure Equipment Inspector. I have a girlfriend of about 8 years that was divorced about a year before I met her. We now live in La Porte, Texas. I haven't really kept up with any of the old crowd since Andy Davis passed away. I still go through Crescent every year when I make my motorcycle ride up to Lamont to see my exe's family. Much of Crescent seems to have remained the same but much has changed as well.
