Roger's Story
Life
Became a believer in Jesus in 1976 (best decision of my life) through Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead. Married Carmen in 1981. Lost our first son at 3.5 years to a neurological disease. We've had 4 more children since then (3 girls and 1 boy). We've home schooled all 4 and one is currently attending BIOLA University.
25 years in business followed by three years as Program Manager for Samaritan's Purse, Alaska and Far East Russia (We'd fly through Nome, across the Bering Sea, to Chukotka, Ru...Expand for more
ssia). Now I'm pastor of Calvary Chapel Teton Valley. Serving as a pastor has been the most fun of all my endeavors.
We built our dream house in the Grand Tetons in 1997. We enjoy skiing, music, horses, rock climbing, and snow machines.
In all our lives, our focus is on knowing, loving, and serving God. As a result, we have enjoyed great joy and peace in both good times and bad. We've a lot to be thankful for.
Though I remember faces better than names, I'd enjoy hearing from any of you.
