Ron's Story

Life My biggest surprise is that I turned out to be a much more productive and responsible member of society than I'd ever imagined I would...When I thought about what I would be when I grew up... say when I was in Junior High... I didn't have a clue. I know most of us don't know much at that time, but I really wanted to see into the future regarding myself and where I would be and what I would be doing. I have been involved in law enforcement from the time I turned 21, and at this time I work for a Federal Government Agency doing background investigations as well as owning my own consulting and investigative business which I run from my home-office. I have always loved all kinds of music, and still do. I have played the drums, trumpet, banjo, bass guitar...but my most favorite is playing my acoustic, acoustic electric and classical guitars. much as I'd like to and or should play for just me. Not at all lately. I am very lucky to have four great children, and I love having my two little dogs, Daisy and Lily. I love building and driving Street Rods but don't have one currently. ("Street Rod" is any vehicle 1948 or older, that is then "hotrodded" up.) I've been riding motorcycles since I was about 14 years old. As an adult I've traveled by motorcycle (and motor home with the motorcycle trailered on the back) on many of North America's beautiful back roads. I was even lucky enough to be a motorcycle cop for about 5 years. Can you imagine being paid... to ride a motorcycle all year round for 5 years! Wow, I never thought I'd be doing that. It was a great time. Most of all, I have been very fortunate in life and as I sometimes tell people, "I have lived and am living a very charmed life here in Utah."

This is a photo of my beloved pet Daisy Greenleaf. Her AKC name is "Amazing Daisy Greenleaf." I called her "Daze" or "Daisy Girl." As of yesterday, she'd lived to be 14 years, 2 months and 9 days old. Thank you to Dr. Kim
