Life
1965-graduated from Westmont H.S. in Hollansburg, Ohio. 1965-entered USAF in Sept. 1966-graduated from tech. school, Keesler AFB, MS July. Sent to Offutt AFB, NE. 1968-volunteered for duty in Vietnam. Sent to Thailand to work B-52's and KC-135 aircraft. Arrived in Jan. just before TET offensive. 1969-sent to Lockbourne AFB, OH in Jan. 1970-sent to Kadena, AB, Okinawa. Married in Nov. 1969 to Judith Larrabee. 1972-returned to US and sent to Travis AFB, CA. Lived in Fairfield, CA. 1974-sent to Incirlik AB, Turkey. Arrived just after Turkish invasion of Cyprus. 1975-returned to U.S. Sent to McClellan AFB, CA. Purchased home in Carmichael, CA. 1980-sent to Hill AFB, UT. Purchased home in Clinton, UT. 1983-sent to Fairchild AFB, WA. 1987-retired from USAF in Nov. 1988-married Kristina Stewart, November 7. 1989-June 10, twin boys born - Matthew & Mark. 1991-June 24, Jordan Christopher born. 1995-started college for first time. 1998-graduated from Spokane Falls Community College - AA in Business. 1999-graduated from Eastern Washington University with BA in Marketing. 2005 - I now work for a research & developement company, ReliOn, Inc. here in Spokane. all of the outdoor enclosures as well as the 1 KW Hydrogen fuel cells that are in them. I am an "Electro/Mechanical Technician", which means I'm a 'Jack of all Trades' here. Our company builds backup power hydrogen fuel cell units for the telecommunications industry as well as the U.S. Government in several different areas. 2009 update - Since the above was written, all of our kids have moved out on their own with the exception of our youngest, Jordan. Our oldest, Dan Gamache, Jr. is a general manager for Shari's Restaurant here in Spokane. He is married and they have a girl, Alexandra -our FIRST grandchild! Grandma and grandpa haven't spoiled her at all! His younger sister, Nichole (Nikki) is married and a lawyer here in Spokane - no kids yet. The twins, Matthew and Mark are out on their own. Matthew is a sophomore at Eastern Washington University and will be following in his sister's footsteps - a lawyer. Mark is presently working and saving his money to go into Journalism. He's looking at going into the Marines right now. Jordan is a senior in high school and doing well. I was recently caught up in a company wide lay off and am looking for another job.
