Roni's Story
Life
I've been loving living in San Diego for 23 years, and loving being a stay-at-home mom the past 12 years. My husband (Maurice Pessot, a Brooklyn boy I met in CA) and I have a daughter, 12, and son, 8. I mountain bike, skate, hike and kayak, and when we can, we go camping. I've been a newspaper reporter and editor, a silversmith/jeweler, an assistant region...Expand for more
al director for a nonprofit (ADL) and have taught English to adults from other countries. I'm bilingual, English/Spanish, a continuing process I began by quitting the newspaper & going to Mexico to study. From The Bronx I moved to New Jersey, Fort Lauderdale, Denver, then San Diego. I'm still under 5 feet tall and around 100 pounds, but I'm not so shy anymore.
