Ronn's Story
Life
went in the USNavy after high school, then attended flight school after I left the service. I'm now a Boeing 727 Captain for DHL Worldwide Express.
I started a company in 1999 called Tropical Helicopter in Leesburg Florida. After building the company from one helicopter and a small hangar, I sold the business in June 2007. I had grown the business to several helicopters and a 6400 square foot hangar, and was one ...Expand for more
of the few schools using a full flight simulator. It is thriving today under the new owner and I'm enjoying a slower lifestyle spending time on my 45 foot yacht "Western Spray" at Daytona Beach.
Military
USNavy June 1977 thru June 1981. Served as Avionics Technician in VQ-1 and VP-46. Served aboard USS Midway CV-41. Traveled to South Pacific, Guam, Micronesia,Phillipines, Japan, Korea, Hawaii, Iceland, England, Norway.
