Ronni's Story
Life
Before graduation, found out I was going to have a baby, left home to marry Doug Cope. Finished high school when we came home, then had our baby girl in May 1973. Had another girl in October, 1974. About the same time, Doug and I separated....Then divorced. Both of my girls married, and one has two kids. The other one is working on having kids! I remarried in March of 1983. Inherited another daughter with my new husband. She is married and has two boys now.Worked for an office furniture store for 20 years. Laid off October 2001. ree-year-olds!!! Who'd a thought it!!!! I worked at a Middle School as a Health Aide in the nurse's office for two years. Now I work at my church as the secretary for two days a week, and as a teacher in the church preschool! I love the kids and enjoy the work!
I also teach Sunday School, intermediate aged children. I never saw that coming either. I thought I was lost to God after all I had done in high school and after... I was wrong!!
I went to Alaska during the last two summers with my girls and grandkids to learn about our heritage. We had never been there before and loved it! My grandson said we should all live on the island at the camp all the time!
