Rory's Story
A short synopsis.
I went to the University of St. Thomas, where I graduated from in 1992. While there I continued running track and cross country earning All-American honors in both. My personal bests were 30:34 in the 10k(6.2 miles) and 14:49 in the 5k(3.1 miles) I ran Grandmas Marathon in 1994 in 2hours 47 minutes, just to say I did a marathon. After that I quit running as much.

urrently I work for Naval Special Warfare. I have deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq. While there I worked for Joint Special Operations Command. Spent most of last summer in Jordan.
On the civilian side I am partners with my dad in a excavating company.
And I have a awesome 3 year old son whose name is Rowan. I built a house a couple blocks from where I grew up in St. Paul eight years ago which is where I live now.
