Life Hello to all fellow classmates.... I was told to send in my bios from a classmate, so here goes.....My career choice was to be a Cosmetologist, after I received my Manager's license and continued on working I decided, to buy my own Salon, with determination I did just that, I bought an Operating Salon in West Bend, WI.....that was the start of my career, I always loved doing hair and being with the public, after about 10 yrs. in the location of the first salon ,I designed the second Salon, I designed the salon myself which I had 22 young hair designers working for me and 3 receptionists...The name of the salon is, "Rose Marie's Hair Designers and Kings Korner for Men" I had a seperate area for the men with a antique barber chair in the room along with 2 other chairs, I followed the decorating style with Antique barber equipment, it was really neat....In the other part of the salon I had 12 styling chairs, tanning bed and a stand up tanning unit. I had the opportunity to sell the salon to one of my employees after I owned and worked in it for 14 yrs. so I sold it with my name, and to this day, it is still in big letters on the face of the building, people think of course that I still own it... I am married for the second time, I have a son who is 46 Doug Nieskes, he has one son who is 17yrs old,he lives in Fond du Lac, WI. and I have a daughter 38yrs. with 2 children, 16 and 11, she lives up in the Dells area.I live in West Bend, WI. and have been here since 196...Expand for more
