Rosemary's Story

I am still living on the same road I was raised on. I am married to my husband Sonny (Howard) Murray. I have three children Tracey Murray Jorgenson, Kelle Murray and our son Jody Murray. Tracey and Jody are married. Tracey has 4 children, Nathaniel 8, Hannah 5, Hunter and Bryce identical twins that are 4. Tracey is married to Adam Jorgenson who is a cousin to Jon Fairfield. Our son Jody is married to Elisha Taylor who he met in Hawaii they have 3 girls, Trinidi 8, Ashley 6 and Ave 16 months. Kelle has two dogs and two birds. I am still very active in sports especially skiing. I am disabled but I work a few hours at Stop & Shop in N. Reading. I recently have gotten together with Vivian Lind and Nancy Kemp, we went to visit Elaine (Laraviee) Duden. Had a wonderful visit. Hope to hear from others from our class. I always wanted to be a gym teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a a great idea idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. I like to walk around the lake and do alot of reading, spend time with my grandchildren If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have the right job, beach bum in the summer, ski bum in the winter, and a money tree to be able to deal with the day-to-day. my mom, she raised so many foster kids, that she taught me to stand on my own to feet that way anything I want will always come to me. I have always been very independent and I now have the best life The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is David Kierstead, because he was my first boyfriend, then his family moved to Pa. I have been and always will be into sports. I love animals, we have two dogs and two cocktiels (birds) Love watching Dancing with the stars If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my whole house and add on a an in-law apartment for my daughter. My dream home would be a one story ranch style home with all open space. That I could be involved in their lives. We have shared a lot of fun from summer vacations to ski trips not only with my kids but all their friends as well. The most importan...Expand for more
t thing is that not all kids are bad. At least the ones that were with me were excellent If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to St Jude's children hospital, then spend the rest on grandchildren, my children,a summer and winter home in Maine close enough to the beach and mountains and college education for my grandchildren. I was not fortunate enough to go to college. I have spent time in a dorm, when I wanted to ski for the weekend I would go to Plymouth State and go skiing from there My current age is 63. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be having as much fun as I am. I was so completely thinking outside the box. I wish I was still working but I am disabled because of asthma and a high allergy to nickel My best friend would tell you I'm still the same person and very energenic, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as having to much energy and want to know where I get it from. Diffently not. I live in shorts and t-shirts as much as possible unless we are at the beach then its a bathing suit. Even in the winter I still wear shorts and sweatshirts as much as possible I share my home with my husband, daughter and the animals, which I find to be one small happy family. The only trophy's I have on my mantel are my grandchildren In 10 years, I hope to be living somewhere warmer although I would miss our weather. I'm going to get there by hook or by crook. My oldest friend if 87, she is amazing and I met her while working at Marshalls in Bedford. She was just like a grandmother to me and we always drove to work together. If she got sick I was the one to take her home. I still love her to death. My children have adopted her as the grandmother. My first job was at Sweetheart Plastics, where I got paid $3.00 per hr to work in a mail room. What I remember most about it. That is where I was when John Kennedy was shot. When we got our first tv, I sat on my dads lap and watched the boxing matches. I also learned all my athletic ability from my brothers. My brothers and I are still very close
