Ross's Story
Life
I am living in Massachusetts since 1968, where I went after serving in the Air Force. I truly enjoy this area and especially love its change of scenery and seasons. My three children (and 2 grandchildren) all live nearby which all further the enjoyment of making this area my home.
My Pets
Susie, my chocolate Lab, died in May 2002 at the age of 12 yrs.old and was the world's cutest mooch of anything I was eating. She set records for enduring and recovering from chemo treatment for lymphoma and only lost her pep and energy for a day or so after treatment. And can you believe dogs don't loose hair after chemo? Maybe I should have had chemo!
And now a 2005 update, I have a new pet! Actually he is a "boarder" as my son acquir...Expand for more
ed a Rottweiler pup in April of 2004, just weeks before deciding to purchase a condo. You guessed it! The condo doesn't allow dogs so I've become the happy landlord of this 90 pound bundle of energy!! He's a good dog though and will keep me in home maintenance activities for the forseeable future.
My Kids
My three kids are, of course, great; two daughters and a son. My oldest, Amy, is our Donna Reed. Very normal and wanted a family from the get go. My next daughter, Jessica, is our Bette Middler. Very rebelious during high school and I'm still hearing stories or her exploits. My son, Eric, I guess is much like his dad. Loved sports in school (soccer) and still hasn't decided what to do (26 yrs old!) Love them all fiercely.
