Ross's Story
Life:
Hmmm . . . Chopper with leathers eh? I roadrace THANK YOU! I wear REAL leathers and ride at speeds that would make a sissy bandana and chaps-wearing, beer-drinking chopper-rider faint. Yeah boys, I DO use my front brake. Heh heh heh! Gotta love it.
What do I do for work these days? I AM THE AMPMONSTER! I keep the rock machine rolling in San Antonio. Use your imagination to get the web address since they won't let me post it here. Hint: it is REALLY easy . . .

School:
High school was where I developed my guitar playing. That was all I cared about then. At the reunion in 2005, I did meet a lot of GREAT people. Glad I went. Unfortunately, there were no former teachers there that I could thank for the education that I received. At the reunion in 2010 I had a lot of fun and met even more folks that I hadn't seen in what seemed like a lifetime. Good times, good times.
College:
College was a life changing experience for me. McCowen Hall, the Fish House, the Cat House, Free Beer (my band), paid-for beer (what I ...Expand for more
drank), the Armory, RC Racing, my old VF750 Interceptor and the smell of Monfort. Having my degree saved my butt for years when looking for work, getting promoted, etc. I'm glad I stuck with it.
Workplace:
I've held too many jobs to count since High School. I am doing my dream job now, and getting WELL paid for it. Yeah, I consider myself extremely fortunate in many ways.
Military:
Yeah, the military was great. I loved every minute of it. Some of the best times of my life and some of the best friends I ever made were in the U.S. Army. If you've never served, you will never understand what a servicemember goes through. Not enough pay, separated from loved ones for long periods of time, being put in harms way again and again. ESPECIALLY in this day and age.
I served in three countries and two states during my eight years of service. Moved a lot, but it also made a man out of me. I learned a lot about life and personal sacrifice for the betterment of others and our great country. God Bless our troops and their families.
