Hi All!
I recently remaried to a wonderful country boy! I am now living in the Texas Hill Country and love it! Keep in touch as I would love to hear from you!

School
I went to BHS for the first half of my freshman year. I then relocated to HHS for the rest of my high school education.
At Burbank, I made lots of good friends that I still keep in touch with today. Even though I was only there for half a year, there are lots of fun memories!
At Harlandale, I made lots of friends and had a great time playing volleyball! Not to mention all the fun I had at Bill Miller's!
HIGHSCHOOL HIGHS: Being elected Homecoming Queen 1986 and MVP of the North/South Volleyball Game 1986
College
St. Philips was a great experience! I made great lifetime friends! Go Tigers!
Angelo State was a traveling and educational experience! Playing volleyball was very exciting! Go Rams!
A&M was a blur...late night papers and reading...I don't remember much but that! Gig Em!
COLLEGE HIGHS: Stepping out to wave at the cheering crowd when they called my name as they introduced the starting line-up at a volleyball game; Making A's on tests when I hadn't really studied.
COLLEGE REGRETS: Having the same boyfriend my entire college years, not taking things so seriously and drinking way too much!
Workplace
BILL MILLERS was fun! What a great place to work with a bunch of good friends! Top Gun store on Division. I worked there from age 15 until I finished a Master's degree.
HIGH: Dating an assistant manager
REGRET: Dating anyone at the workplace

SAN ANTONIO ISD was a great place to find myself! I don't know which I liked better; teaching sixth grade math or elementary PE.
HIGH: Teaching elementary PE with two of my good friends
REGRET: Not applying for an administrative position!

GRAND FORKS ISD was a great place to teach! I was able to teach a sixth grade Opera program with a grant from the MET in New York.

CASTLE HILL COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL was a wonderful opportunity for me and my children. Who thought that I would ever teach Spanish/Music to Pre-S through 1st grade students?
HIGH: Having my children attend the same school that I taught at
REGRET: Not being able to stay longer
DESERT JR./SR. HIGH SCHOOL:
What a super bunch of students and teachers to work with in California! I taught middle school Physical education and was an interim administrator.
HIGH: Standing out in the middle of the football field during butterfly season....millions of butterflies!
REGRET: Not being able to stay longer!
GILLETTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Taught fifth grade reading for a short period of time.
HIGH: Can't think of one....
REGRET: Taking the job!
SMITH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Taught 5th Grade Reading!
HIGH: Teaching along side a super staff and a great administrator! Pep Rallys.
REGRET: Not being able to stay longer!
COLLINS GARDEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
I teach physical education to grades Kinder to fifth grade!
HIGH: Meeting a Spurs player at our pep rally and working with great people.
REGRET: NONE YET!
CALVO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
After finishing college, I had money to invest...so I started to buy property. And continued to buy property...and continued to buy property! What a great investment! And I will probably continue to invest in real estate until I get tired of doing it!

TUNEFUL TOTS is another adventure I have started. I teach a music program to parents and children ages 6 mo. to 5 years of age. Being a certified teacher has it's advantages...you can teach where ever you go! I am also in the process of developing a children's Spanish program.
HIGH: Being able to have my children in my class and taking my business where ever I go!

STAY TUNED.....I AM CURRENTLY IN THE MAKING OF A NEW BUSINESS.....THE THEME IS WOMEN IN COMICS.....GIVE ME ABOUT A YEAR!
