Roxanne's Story
Life
After CLHS I went to the University of Michigan. While working at Oakland General Hospital, I met my husband. We have been married since 1985 years. I attended law school at Wayne, but never enjoyed practicing law. We moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1992 and I have been living in what I affectionately call "the swamp" ever since. ture. In 2002, I had my midlife awakening and went back to school. I am now a Clinical Social Worker specializing complex trauma and teaching EMDR. I teach nationally and conduct EMDR intensive retreats in Denver, CO and Boca Raton, FL.
I still miss Michigan and visit at least every summer. I travel as often as I can, which is frequent!
I have a grown stepdaughter with whom I am very close. She lives in Seattle and has twin boys of her own.
