Been back in Oregon since 6 '03
We met in Phoenix, AZ but he is from The Dalles - lived just down the road from my grandparents house and his mom was my bus driver - small world.
I stay at home now working on chain mail, bead work & an associates in Early Childhood Education. Ben works for an Engineering & Surveying company in Prineville.
I spend TONS of time online - you name it I'm probably on it unless I'm taking my kids to school or just out and about
School
Wish I could forget some of those day's, most were good.
I'd like to hear from some of the people I use to "talk" to.
I only liked drafting, I was just to quiet to get to know to many people, besides I enjoyed the quiet, I liked being by myself it gave me time to figure read.
I didn't like the same things that the rest of my classmate...Expand for more
s liked.
I did my own thing and didn't care what everyone thought about me.
College
I don't remember much outside of the classroom.
To much partying, the partying I never did in Oregon.
Did to many stupid things, but met a great deal of people I'd like to hear from.
Met a lot of people, but don't regret anything I did, it made me the person I am today.
Enrolled to take online class through Penn Foster College to get another associates, this time in Early Childhood Education. I love my kids and I love spending time with the kids at our ECE facility here on the rez.
Workplace
I use to work way too much; it took up most of my time and energy that I should put towards my kids. I quit that job at the end of January '03
I got lots of health problems from it; no job is worth putting you health in danger.
I left my job working for a enterprise of the Tribe after 4 years, family, health and my happiness mean more to me then a job where... you don't need to read that drama
realizing every day how much I would rather spend more time with my kids
