Roxanne's Story
I came back to Canada after school and in '75 I married Ric who was an officer in the Canadian military. We had 2 sons, Christopher born in '76 nd who passed away in a car accident in 2004 and Benjamin born in '79 and lives w/ his fiance in N.C. and are both nurses. My parents live w/me and my inlaws nearby. My mom has had colon cancer twice in the last 7 yrs. and my father in law has Alzheimers so I am the run around caregiver, and couldn probably write a book on handling waiting rooms, q/a for medical staff and how to keep a sense of humour thru all it.
I make jewellery and do jewellery parties as therapy from geriatric outings (ha!)and donate pieces for charitable fundraisers.
