After High School, I joined the Navy and went to boot camp in Orlando, Florida. 8 weeks of hell but made it through. Then, went to San Diego, California for my "A" school training. I love San Diego. From there, I was shipped to Guam and learned to scuba dive. I stayed there for 3 1/2 years. This is were I made one of the biggest mistakes in my life. I got married to a drunk at the age of 20. How stupid is that!!!! Stayed with him for 4 1/2 years until I had had enough and divorced him. Oh yeah, after getting out of the service, I lived in California from '91 to 2000. Bay area! During this time of "not so wedded bliss" my mom died of cancer. I was 23. I've been married to my second husband now for 13 years. Our anniversary is in March. We met at work and it was during the time of my divorce. We knew each other for two years before we hooked up. Moved in with each other, got married then have a kid 5 or 6 years later. We decided to move to New Hampshire to be near family. We've been through a lot of crap lately but things seem to be turning around for the better.
