Roy's Story
I am a Born-Again, Blood-Bought Baptist of the Historic type. As a Historic Baptist, I am duty bound to obey the Word of God. I will not sacrifice Truth for love. The revealed Will of God is the final standard of Truth and cannot be compromised (it is given to believers to know the mysteries of the kingdom). I am fully persuaded the AV 1611 KJV is the infallible, inerrant Word of God for the English speaking people and is the only rule for faith and practice. I firmly believe the literal interpretation is the only hermeneutic (method of interpretation).
I am a Child of the Kingdom and I am learning the mysteries of the Kingdom in order to fight the good fight. The general teaching of the Lord Jesus is that throughout this Age there will be admixture, adversity and turmoil. Realizing the new conditions laid down by the Lord (Law of the Sword, Matthew 10:34) and the new economy He introduced (Hebrews 7:12), it is imperative to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and to follow His leadership. A mark of the New Testament Priesthood is knowing the mysteries (Matthew 13:11)! Many are called, but few are chosen. My duty is clear and that is engaging in a continual controversy with error. A SojournerâÂÂs standard of conduct is right action, based on the revealed Word of God. This requires supernatural discernment and spiritual wisdom. Dependence on the Lord is necessary. Righteousness is what conforms to the revealed will of God and is the sum of the requirements of God.
As a Gentile believer under Grace, I am at liberty to do the Will of God according to His revealed Word. The only restrictions are to abstain from idolatry or anything associated with idolatry (the worship of anything other than the One True God is idolatry). I am to abstain from practices offensive to godly Jews by eating kosher foods and conforming to the code of relations between the sexes delineated in Leviticus (Acts 15;19-20, 28-29; 21;25). The Holy Spirit is my Guide, the Upper Room Discourse is my road map, and Grace is my rule of life.
The revealed Word of God teaches me that my duty is to hinder the work of the devil! God does not merely want His work done, He wants it done in a manner He prescribes and according to His rules. Truth is a serious matter. To be against something is as important as being for others. Contending for the faith involves more than just a few innocuous remarks with no point to them. It involves a hearty repudiation of error and a definite, clear enunciation of the Truth.
I am to maintain a narrow circle with a wide heart. My concern is doctrinal correctness, loyalty to the Truth and the preservation of a pure witness, regardless of denominational groupings. Separation requires severance from that which is wrong. To be against something is as important as being for others. I am to avoid all that is in conformity to and complicity with the satanic world system.
My affairs are grounded in reality. I am to contend for the faith by waging war with the enemy (anyone showing hostility) and my objective is to disarm him or her. I am not to battle with anyone who does not oppose me. Hostile intentions are when anyone seeks to increase their interests by dishonest means at my expense. When deceit is used against me, I am to counterattack by exposing the error and expounding the truth. I cannot abide by error! I am to have no hard feeling toward anyone who has not shown me enmity (hostility).
I am in a hostile environment where deception is the enemyâÂÂs greatest weapon. âÂÂAt the heart of the struggles of competing principles and ideologies (Low Intensity Conflict) is measures designed to mislead by manipulation, distortion, or falsification of evidence to induce people to react in a manner prejudicial to their interests.â The enemies of God are busy engineering consent, i.e. manipulating people to accept lies as truth. These denizens of the devil use controlled opposition, created TV events and propaganda to compel emotion rather than analysis of facts. Subjectivity must be avoided! I must expect cunning, delusion and betrayal. I must beware of deception and counterfeits. There are many traps. I must be prepared to meet an invisible enemy, who practices war only by ambushes and by surprises. Remember, it is spiritual warfare! I am to be a Warrior armed with Truth in the conflict of principles and ideologies, a worldview warfare. This state of war operates by the Rule of Necessity, which is a Rule of law that states that necessity knows no law. The battle is against spiritual wickedness in high places, entities in an interdimensional realm behind human rulers. These world tyrants use methods that enslave and hinder mankind from subjecting themselves to the Truth of God. The methods (wiles) are deceit and treachery used to delude and destroy us. The artifices of the satanic world system are to be my targets. I am to make war against the devil by attacking his strongholds, the sources of his power. These sources are the arguments (lies, deception) used as obstacles to the knowledge of God and are perversions of the Truth. They are the plans of a satanic world system implemented by demonic rulers.
I am to resist forced support of and compelled performance in life values, life practices and a world view opposed to my sincerely held beliefs. I am to make war against error by attacking the sources of the devilâÂÂs power (false accusations/invalid claims). My weapon is the Truth, attacking the false claims of the satanic world system. I must understand Truth before attempting to recognize evil!
A main battle area of spiritual warfare is âÂÂlivelihood,â the means of my living. In this arena, I am to occupy until the Lord comes. I am to gain by trading, using nothing contrary to the general character of intercourse between peoples. Agreements (contracts) are the tools of trading and any agreement (contract) based on dishonesty and an intention to defraud is invalid. I cannot be compelled to perform under any agreement (contract) that I did not enter into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. Armed with the knowledge of what is valid and what is invalid, I can maneuver and gain the advantage.
In this duel between truth and error, maneuver warfare is a way of thinking in and about war that should shape my every action. The Art of War requires the intuitive ability to grasp the essence of a unique battlefield situation, the creative ability to devise a practical solution, and the strength of purpose to execute the act. I am to gain the advantage of position before battle (know what is valid) and then set the terms of battle. I should identify and target enemy centers of gravity (know what is invalid). Success depends on achieving and maintaining a relative advantage in the flow of accurate information and possessing greater flexibility in the allocation of combat power.
In this Babylonian system where commerce is king and probability reigns, I must challenge every presumption. âÂÂA presumption will stand until the contrary is proved.â âÂÂAn error which is not resisted or opposed is approved.â I must strike when the enemy shows his form, tangibly reducing the effectiveness of the enemy apparatus. It profits little to know what ought to be done, if I do not know how it is to be done. âÂÂIf one fails to understand the fundamental principles of law, then there is no end to which he can be misled or deceived about what is right and what is wrong.â My weapons of warfare are for offensive operations. My instrument of combat is the Truth, as revealed in the Word of God. My sword is to be used to attack enemy strongholds.
I have made an explicit reservation of Rights. My explicit reservation of Rights has served notice upon All government agencies of government of the Remedy which they must provide for me under Article 1, Section 308 of the Uniform Commercial Code, whereby I have explicitly reserved my Common Law Right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I have not entered into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. I explicitly reject any and all benefits of the Uniform Commercial Code, absent a valid commercial contract which is in force and to which I am a Party, and cite its provisions herein only to serve notice upon ALL agencies of government, whether international, national, state or local, that they, and not I, are subject to, and bound by all of its provisions, whether cited herein or not. My explicit reservation of Rights has served notice upon ALL agencies of government that they are ALL limited to proceeding against me only in harmony with the Common Law and that I do not, and will not accept the liability associated with the compelled benefit of any unrevealed commercial agreement.
