I like to write, I have written several poems which can be read at one of the poetry web sites. You may purchase my book on thte web as well. My goal is to write more books, I have two in mind.
I have four children, which I love more than life; three girls and one boy (man). They are well educated (SOME PRIVATE SCHOOLING UNTIL High School) and contributes to their community. I attended Elementary School k-6; in Castleberry, Ala...Played on the Varsity Basketball team while stil in middle school: anyone out there who remembers our Coach; Gym and math Teacher, Mr. Pugh? (we all loved him, didn't we) I WAS SADDENED BY THE NEWS OF HIS forced retirement during "integration." I think we all were. He was a good teacher.
I was the first "Drum Majorette(Booker T Wshington High School, Brewton, it was an honor to be chosen by my music teacher (female) becaue there were very few females in that role during that period. Dorotyh Moyt, was our head majorette. I..Awarded "the letter" for basketball at Monticello High School. (Although I never wore it, or had it sewn to a sweater, I cherish it to this day. I played other sports as well, but was not that good at them. i likded running track, 'though it was a gym exercie, only.
Hey! Fellow classmates, I'm not bragging. "Just the Facts Jack."
