Life After graduating school in 1990, yep, early through Arrow Haven Adult Program I went unfortunately down ward. I got involved in gangs and pretty much the looser crowd. (How many people saw that coming? More to come…) I joined the US Navy and received a general discharge because I got into some “legal” problems at home. I was a…guest at the Sacramento County Jail for a short time and decided on the very first day I would never go back. I knew I had been hanging around losers, but never thought of myself as one. Something awesome happened when I was in jail. I became a broken man and which I gave my life to Jesus. I had sucked at trying to control my own life so I thought I would let God have a turn. When I got out of jail I went to Trinity Life Bible College in Sacramento where I majored in Theology. Not only did I walk away with an education, but the woman of my dreams. In high school, I swore I would never marry because of what I had been though and what I had seen. I have now been married for almost 11 years (7/30/94) and although the first years were not easy it has been absolutely fantastic.
