Life
My Spouse - Pat
At a convention in Atlanta. She was there from NJ and I was there from WI, who knew.
My Pets
Three Samoyeds, who are trained by Pat. One cat, who rules the entire house and 40 fish in outdoor pond.
My Kids
She's an independant, intelligent woman from my first marriage, she's now married and lives in MN. She's as dedicated to her hobbies as I was to race cars. Acorns don't fall far from the tree.
School
Dislike it, but looking back I wish I'd have been smart enough to have worked hard at it. We don't get second chances on many things so I blew that one. Too bad at that age we know so much about so little and how we pay later.

nted to be an auto mechanic, until the winter of '62 and cold, salty water ran in my collar while I worked Christmas vacation at Dates Chev. in Groton. From then on I knew the place to be was inside, warm and dry.
Tried teaching, one semester and hated it. I went to work for Mercury Outboards in '67 and worked in Engineering and Marketing. 31 years later I was Director of Engineering at a boat plant in Tennessee and they sold the division. So another local boat company hired me as VP of Manufacturing and that lasted until OMC went bankrupt. I stayed in the area because I love it and settled in as President/CEO of H.E. Parmer Co., Inc. who manufacturers metal parts for the light trailer industry.
