Russell's Story
Russell has lived in Niceville, Florida, since 1987. He is married with two children and two grandchildren. His schools include Saint Saviour Grade School, Purcell High School, and the University of Missouri (Bachelor of Science in Forestry).. He later attended the US Army Command and General Staff College, the US Army War College, and earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Troy University, . He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1987and worked as a Senior Military Analyst for Department of Defense contractors, retiring in 2010.
