Rusty's Story
I was known as Rusty Bryant when I was at Winchester (1964-1972), but I changed my name in 1985 to John Stephan Edwards. I left Memphis in 1972. I have since lived in Greenville (SC), Puerto Rico, Atlanta, Ft Worth, Houston, San Francisco, and Boulder (CO).
My career prior to 1995 was in hospital administration and medical practice management. Then I switched gears, went back to school, and earned a PhD in British History. I now write articles and books on British history. I currently live in Palm Springs, CA, where I have a small condo in a historic Mid-Century Modern complex.My unit was once owned by Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh, and I'm across the street...Expand for more

I have never been married and have no children.
After turning 50 last year, I developed an interest in locating people from my past. Being on the downslope of life left me looking back quite a lot. People I remember from Winchester and my childhood: Robert Powers; Reed Martin; Jeff Miller; Mike Miller; Mark Beasley; Mike, Nancy, and Cindy Gamel; Lynn Crawford; Larry Crawford; DL Auxier; Kevin Baty; "Butch" Sexton; Larry Busby; Karen Anderson ... and so many others.
