Ruth's Story
I am the "same old same old". I got married just at the end of my Junior year. I married in June of 1969. My first son Jonathan was born in September of 1970. Christina was born in March of 1975, Joseph in June of 1979, Rachel in January of 1982 and Melissa in July of 1986. I now have 11 grandchildren. I divorced when Melissa was 3 and started a small cleaning business. I spend a lot of time on my computer..my daughter made me a "myspaceaccount". It is a great way to stay in touch. as much time as I can with my grandchildren. I am expecting the 12th one in September...God has surely blessed me.....I have a facebook also under Ruth Hughes...look for me :) would love to hear from all of my classmates
My first job was at Stokes Pharmacy, where I got paid .90 an hour to work. What I remember most about it is I had to cook the food, serve the food and wash the dishes by hand. and now was lucky to make 10 dollars a day in tips...now my daughter works at Hooter's makes about 500 dollars when she goes to the stadium for a Dallas/ Redskins game...life just isn't fair lol.
