Ryan's Story
Life
I am a happily married 36 year old commercial transport mechanic from Prince George BC.
High school was not the happiest time of my life, but I made some real good friends, and had some real good times.
I did not attend my 10 year grad reunion because I really felt that it would be all about who had accomplished the most and who had the largest house and best paying job, etc etc, And I really dont care about any of that.
For me, school was about learning about life and after I got married was when my life really began.
I work at a Kenworth dealership here in Nanaimo, I left P.G. because during my apprenticeship I was laid off all the time and here on the island, logging keeps us buisy pretty well all year long, and I sur...Expand for more
e dont miss the snow at all.
I enjoy my job, but Im really tired of putting it first on my priority list. Overtime is nice but the time that you lose away from your family is priceless.
Here is a few of the people that I hung around with in school...Mark Loth, Kulber Sandhu, Jim Ashton.
I didnt have alot of friends, but the ones I did have were real good ones.
In the pictures above is a diesel engine I have removed from a truck and am in the process of lifting out the crankshaft to install into a new block, and the other pic is me and my wife on vacation in a hot tub on the roof of our houseboat-for-a-week in salmon arm.
