Years change. Seasons change. Life changes. It is inevitable that time will change many things that cross our paths but time has not changed who I am. A friend who would listen to you, support you, try to help you through a rough patch, be there when you needed. That was who I was and that is still who I am. I have two terrific and beautiful daughters. They are both teenagers so say a prayer for me as I may need it! Seriously, my daughters are the joy of my life and I am so proud of who they have become and what they are accomplishing. I have done a fair bit of traveling during the course of my life. I have lived abroad (as a child). I have lived in the midwest (Iowa and Illinois). I have lived at the base of the "Purple Mountain Majesties" (Colorado). I have lived on the east coast (Delaware). I have been fortunate to have been to all 50 states (yes, Alaska is a stretch) and have met some incredibly wonderful people along the way. I am almost like the character in the Johnny Cash song "I've Been Everywhere" seeing this terrific country first hand (and nearly every city, town, and location mentioned in the song). My sights are now firmly planted in seeing the rest of the world. Grabbing on to my adventure and letting it take me for a wild, and outstanding, ride.
