¿ Current position: Head of Institutional Development sector providing consultancy in management, operation systems¿ development and strategic planning for quality education through EDU-Systems International company (ESI) ¿ Graduated in 1975 from college of medicine, Ein Shams University, Cairo ¿ In 1993, got diploma in Hospital Management ¿ In 1997, got a master of public health from Boston University, USA ¿ Worked as a coordinator for Data for Decision Making Project (DDM project), MOHP. preparation of the Health Sector Reform program papers (health care finance), share in implementation of the program and be responsible for master plans¿ development for the pilot provinces as a partner with the international consultancy agencies ¿ Development and operate Quality Assurance directorate as a new directorate in the ministerial structure ¿ Ministry of Health & Population experiences: worked as Director General & top authority for health strategic planning on the national level, then as Undersecretary for National Information Center for Health & Population (NICHP) in addition to National Health Planning ¿ Share in many international conferences as a ministerial representative in fields of health systems, quality assurance, health economics or gap closure in information and informatics
