Samuel's Story
Life
After graduation, I went to Miami-Dade Community College and received an AS degree in Broadcasting. I transferred to the University of Florida and received a BS degree in Broadcasting.
I worked in radio for about 3 years (WOCN). Eventually, I got tired of that and went to Gainesville to live and work at Santa Fe Community College doing audio-visual production.
I transferred to the University of Florida and I have been employed at the College of Dentistry for 25 years. My days are filled with doing photography, video product...Expand for more
ion and other miscellaneous projects. I also have a parttime professional photography business.
I have been married to my wife Kathy for over 31 years. We have one son, who we adopted when he was five weeks old. Rick is now 22. He's still trying to "find himself" and we're encouraging him to do so by getting a college education at our local Santa Fe Community College.
We are active in our (Lutheran) church. Kathy is in charge of the altar guild. We also usher and I take care of the sound system and take photos as needed of events.
