Sandi's Story
The past 4 decades seem both brief and eventful. The years since high school have been filled with much of the usual (college, work, marriage, kids, grandparenthood)...and the "less traveled roads" (experiences in such places as Russia, the Oronoco River in Venezuela, and Germany many times; volunteerism through the Illinois Training Directors' Association, Habitat for Humanity, Council on Aging, the local school district, & Fur Keeps Animal Rescue; and starting a small busines...Expand for more

Today I continue to manage a growing educational company, travel when the opportunity arises, volunteer whenever possible, and try to keep pace with active adult children and a precocious granddaughter.
My staff is dragging me, kicking and screaming, into the technology of the 21st Century by encouraging me to "play" with Internet through venues like "Classmates." The more of us who reconnect, the more fun it becomes. I'm already anticipating the 50 year reunion in 2016!
