Sandi's Story

Life I live in Portsmouth, NH with my husband Steve Marchand and my children and beloved Corgi pet. Steve and I met at graduate school at Syracuse (go Orange!) and married in 2001. I have worked in the energy industry for over a decade and currently direct regulatory and legislative affairs for Constellation Energy, a Fortune 200 company, in New England. My husband is heavily involved in Democratic politics in New Hampshire, currently serving as the Mayor of Portmouth. He is also currently seeking the Democratic nomina...Expand for more
tion for U.S. Senate from New Hampshire. Due to Steve's position, we are heavily involved in community and civic activities in our community. I serve on several committees in town, and was recently named one of the Top 40 leaders under 40 in the state of New Hampshire. We are also the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, and a beautiful Corgi. I also have become an avid runner and recently completed my first marathon in Burlington, VT. I am currently gearing up to do Team in Training for the 2008 Boston Marathon.
