Life Thank goodness for reunion websites. I have reunited with some of my favorite friends recently who I had lost contact with over the years. I would love to hear from more of you! Originally from the Philadelphia area, I moved to Torrance in the fall of 1980 and spent twenty years in Los Angeles County before making my way back to Philly. As someone who couldn't wait to get out of the house, I graduated from high school with the class of 1983 at age 16, a year ahead of most of my 1984 peers. But since I had plenty of friends in both groups, I would love to come out for reunions of either. In the fall of 1983, I was a freshman at UCLA, and later transferred to Long Beach State University. I was very picky about my major, and finally graduated in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources Management. The last few years of my college career I did part time along with several really great internships. My husband, Arnel Floria (I was a "liberated" woman who kept my last name. It has been a giant pain in the backside having two different last names), graduated from Carson High in 1982, and we met at Long Beach. He is a computer network geek, I don't really understand his job. It has something to do with Microsoft Engineering certification and Cisco.
