Hello Classmates
Sixty plus years is a long time and I am happy to see so many of us are still alive. My brother Jerry and sister Mona both lost their battle with Cancer. I have been cancer-free since 1998.
My first marriage left me with a darling little girl in 1970.
My career in the banking business took a back seat when I went to work for a Radio Station in Huntington, met a wonderful step dad to my little girl and traveled to 27 states helping other radio stations with money making promotions and we ended up buying two stations in Indiana.
My love of horses and our Indiana farm let me indulge in Tennessee Walkers and trail ride in several states. ...Expand for more
I came home for the 50th Reunion and met a lot of people I didn’t recognize, who turned out to be classmates. Of course I haven’t changed a bit. (snicker, snicker)
We have a grandson who lives nearby and does government contract work and a granddaughter who is a junior in collage studying medical stuff. We also have a one year old great-grandbaby, Henry.
Life is good, except for all the trips to the doctor, but then I am about to become an octogenarian.
