Music is therapeutic especially if it "speaks" to or "moves" me. After growing up in Montgomery County TX, it was necessary to move around with my husband's career. We lived in Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas and Louisiana before moving back to the family homestead where I grew up. Ancestry! Who were they and where did they come from? Putting together thoughts, facts, and memories for my grandchildren is probably the most rewarding aspect of all. Coming back and realizing how much people changed while I was away. or was it me? If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my kitchen and add on a four season deck. My dream home would be simple and comfortable, maybe a little rustic - with a dog run..
