I entered school at suva elementary in 1964. By 1965 I was a very sick child so school wias something that I rarely attended but when I did have the chance to go, I enjoyed it I tried to fit in.. racism was very much a part of my childhood. I found it hard to play with a lot of the kids, because of my skin color. a few friends I remember felt like me, and we kind of stuck together. by the time I got to junior high school which was Bell Gardens junior high in 1970 I still was in a position of barely getting to school. My health was never well, I liked junior high I had fun or a few people I remember , let me think of some of the names I remember in junior high I remember Cynthia Routt, Diana, mosqueda, Kayleen Hernandez, Anna? Joanna mosqueda Leonard and I don’t remember your last name but you marry Joanna why can I remember…. some of the guy name? I remember our let’s see I remember the name Raymond Fierro , I remember the name Tommy Dela, Cruz , I remember the name Arturo Lopez, Romantico Lopez, Paul.? Anna Lopez, Sylvia I can’t remember your last name. I also remember Valerie Horseman Inez Konar the LaFleur girls. I think her name was Peggy that’s about all I can’t remember, and maybe they don’t even know me, but I remember your name.
