Sandra's Story

My Life: Married Salvador in 1967. We have 1 daughter, 5 sons, 12 grandchildren. Retired from my Secretarial job and help my husband in his office now. Visited my son Greg, and his family in Finland in 2011.Traveled with my daughter and her 4 boys. Spent 4 days in London and a side trip to Stockholm from Helsinki. We have lived in Santa Barbara since 1972 and the only traveling we've done since the children grew up is to visit them as they have moved around the country, so we have been to Athens, Ohio, Chicago, Charleston, S.C., Phoenix a...Expand for more
nd Tucson, AZ. Rochester, NY with stops in places like Niagara Falls, Washington, DC, Hawaii (Oahu). We are slowing down though and have not been to Vancouver, WA where our youngest moved to several years ago now. Went to the 50 year reunion and had a great time. Reconnected with some old friends. The committee did an outstanding job; especially enjoyed the walking tour of downtown. Hardly recognize the place any more. Currently I am enjoying all the posts and comments on Facebook on the You Grew Up in SLO if you remember... page. What fun.
