Sandra's Story
Life
I am separated from my husband and I live in Navarre. Our son, Benj, is almost 27 and has returned home safe after serving in Iraq in the National Guard. He works full time, attends college and is still in the National Guard. I work full-time at Nationwide Insurance in Canton and I have been there just over 6 years.
College
I attended Stark Tech two different times. The first time I was in ...Expand for more
automotive technology with all guys. I was a much older student compared to my classmates and I learned to never get in a car with one of the guys on our way to "main campus" since they all thought Frank Road was the Indianapolis 500!! When I returned to school a few years later, I concentrated on computer programming. Unfortunately, I never finished college. I often wish I had my degree in auto tech.
