Sandra's Story
Life
I am now retired from the CA Department of Motor Vehicles. I worked for the State of CA for 30 years. My children's names are Jason-42, Chris-39 and Jenny-38. I also have seven grandchildren.
It was one heck of an adventure as a single parent, but I wouldn't give up a minute of it. What is it they say about parenting? The pay is low, but the rewards are many!!

taken very good care of me and allowed me to travel and do things I probably would not have been able to do in the private industry.
I worked in the Information Systems Division of the Department of Motor Vehicles HQ office in downtown Sacramento. I managed the IT support teams for the dmv.ca.gov website, the Identity Access architects and support teams, the Security Access Control team, the Database Administrators, the Enterprise Commercial Off the Shelf software team and the Technical Services Support team.
