Sandy's Story
Life
I've had a great life so far! Lived in New York City, married and moved to Portland, Oregon. I have three sons, have been divorced and happily remarried and live in New Jersey now. I'm a teacher and love it! I was just in Michigan recently but didn't get to Battle Creek. The last time I was there I went to Speed's and showed my husband where I used to go with friends and get great hamburgers and cherry cokes. I have very fond memories of that time. Workplace
I work in Vineland New Jersey public schools. For the last several years, I taught a computer reading program at the elementary level. I'm not ready to retire because I began my teaching career only nine years ago. For years I was a secretary but became bored with it. I followed my dream, which was to teach. It took me several years to go back to college, but it was well worth it.
