Life Since leaving Centennial where I majored in Art and Modern Languages, I worked in the restaurant and catering industry for 7 years, attended one year of college language courses (Mandarin and French) and then got retraining into office work. I trained as computer technical support person and worked on the XI Int'l Conference on AIDS in Vancouver in 1996. My next job was with PMC-Sierra in Burnaby where I was the Technical (Evil) Librarian for 3 years. I met my husband, Rob Queen on the internet. He is an Englishman who had recently moved from Philadelphia to Seattle. We met in person a week after our email correspondence began and we really hit it off.
