I was a dork in 7th &8th Grades.QUIET DURING CLASS, SO i WOULD NOT GET CALLED ON FOR ANSWERS. Had Miss Maxner for 7th grade, and I really liked her. Had Miss Paulsen for the 8th grade.We tried to play an April Fool's joke on her , which bombed.. So much for that. After her reaction, she became less and less an o,k. teacher.She never even cracked a grin.. , and I HAD TO STAY after. That didn''nt set well with me. Aw, but life moves on. Don't remember being invited to a party the other girls gave her? So I didn;t go. Remember being teased by the boys, a lot. They were down right mean. Wonder if any will fess up to that? Lauri Marshall, colleen and Helen DeJaynes. Had slumber parties at our house. Played prank calls on the phone, til Mother found out( We often snuck out the window and would go for walks. Doing dumb stuff, which usually meant laughing way too loud. The class teased one young boy relentlessly , Ed Harriman. If I ever did , then Ed , know this ,I am truley sorry for behaving in that manner. Thats not the kind of person I would ever wany to be. I hope you overcame that and all is well fo you in your "kingdom". I remember a few bullies , esp in the eighth grade. Faces, I remember well, it's the name that is gone. Which maybe is a good thing..
