A very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to my friends from Haultain and East Central. This Christmas finds me facing some tears coupled with happiness and excitement. The tears are from facing the fact of my Dad's passing November 20th of this year at 93 years of age. It will be lonely without my main man. 2 daughters, their husbands, and 4 teen-aged grandchildren. Lots of laughter, hugs and commotion for sure. We haven't had a Christmas together in about 8 years as I normally spent it with Dad.
