Sandy's Story
I live in Brighton, Michigan with my husband Mike. We have 5 kids between the two of us, aged 30, 28, 26,24, and 22. There is never a dull moment and we have so much fun with all the kids. They're great. None of them are married, yet. The first wedding will be coming up in May of 2010. My husband Mike, graduated from Stevenson High School in Livonia, in 1973. He owns a commercial mason contracting company in Livonia.

I work for St. Joseph Mercy hospital hospice. I visit cancer patients and their families. This cause is very special to me since I had my mother in law living with us when she could no longer live alone and she passed away at home with dignity with the help of Angela Hospice.
We have two beagles, who have kind of taken the place of our kids. I never thought I would take on an animal as a child, but I have.
