Sandy's Story

Life Hey Chicos y Chica!! Here is a bit of info on my life. I graduated from Perez in Chicago in 1996. Afterwards I went to a boarding school called Mooseheart for High School. Depsite the negative reputations of boarding school I do have to say that I sill had fun and enjoyed my whole experience there. Plus I love to travel and there I got tons of it. The highlights were Yellowstone National Park, where I hiked 203 miles that I actually counted in 8 weeks! And Niagra Falls, NY! Man that boat ride was fun! I graduated Salutatorian with a full-ride for college which I will say was a very sweet deal. So, in August of 2004, I was off to Bradley University! At Bradley I went from majoring in Mechanical Engineering, to education to the majors I LOVE!! Criminal Justice and Sociology! So come May I will finally graduate and get my Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology. After this law school is definitely in the plans. een well worth it! I LOVE my majors!! And aside from that I love my sorors!!! Yes Yes I am none other than a Distinguished woman of the largest latina-based sorority Sigma Lambda Gamma!! So this is Azul #12 of La Cumplida from the Enlighted Epsilon Alpha Chapter representing.... Thru these past four years I have had a lot of ups and downs but I know life was never meant to be easy! So challenges and I will continue to box cause this chica is one determined latina! One last thing I do want to say about me is that yayyy!!! I just got married on March 30, 2004!! My honey is a Marine that is soon to leave for Iraq and will be stationed there anywhere from 6 mos.-1yr... but hopefully not too long! And when he gets back my babe and I are off to LA! So thats the story off my life.... now for those that know mw know that there is definitley more but you all know how it is... Pues Saludos to all!!
