Sandy's Story
We are living on East side of Smithville lake in my MOM & DAD's house they built in 1964 and we moved in 1982 here. I am married to my high school sweetheart Don Platt ..I have 2 children, Robalynn 60 & John 56. 5 grandchildren, Baby George passed at 3 months, My sweet Jason passed at 37, Natasha a real beauty is 36, Johnny so very handsome is 36 & Heather so pretty and a spectacular mommy is 33. ppened in between but don't have enough room to go through it ALL. Enjoying old age with the love of my life, my Don Platt (1962 NKCHS) and all the families. Hate covid. it stole my only sibling my loviing sissy Mary Alice {class of 1957 NKCHS}. We had great grand years of Bluegrass festivals, Don playing his banjo and guitar with his band Sagegrass Revival. Those were such happy years of traveling, mingling with friends and making new ones. The outdoor meals, everyone bringing all kinds of tasty foods. Well we have settled down now on our little farm but we can still reminisce.
